Musical evening at the Charterhouse, Smithfield.

The old Charterhouse monastery, which is not normally open to visitors, occasionally holds musical evenings for groups where each part of the site is introduced to the background of music from the period of that part of the building. A private dining room at the Sloane Club

Following the success of this event last year we are repeating it. It will comprise a hot main course cooked by the Club's head chef with the chocolate tasting as pudding.

The Sloane Club is located in Lower Sloane Street, Chelsea, London SW1W 8BS. The nearest tube station is Sloane Square. Turn left from the station and cross the road into Sloane Gardens. Continue walking for two minutes until you reach the junction with Lower Sloane Street. Cross the road on the zebra crossing. Turn left and you will find the welcoming doors of The Sloane Club immediately on your right.
